Bonuses will be paid to the official salary of young specialists who graduated from foreign universities
The Presidential Decree provides for the introduction of the procedure of paying a bonus to the official salary of young specialists working in government bodies, organizations and institutions who have graduated or received an academic degree (PhD and another equivalent academic degree) in foreign higher educational institutions included in the top 500 list of the authoritative international rating organizations, at the expense of the state budget.
According to the Decree, the Agency for the Development of Public Service has composed the list of areas of education, as well as organizations in which a monthly bonus is introduced, and now monthly bonuses will be paid on the basis of a contract concluded between the Agency, an employer and a young specialist for a period of up to 3 years, every month in addition to the official salary of a young specialist.
Main conditions for the payment of additional bonuses are:
• the provision applies to young specialists who graduated from foreign higher educational institutions included in the top 500 list in 2021 and subsequent years;
• a young specialist can get only one of the additional bonuses.
Which organization are documents for obtaining an additional bonus presented to:
Documents of candidates are sent by government bodies, organizations and institutions to the Agency for the Development of the Public Service under the President:
Documents to be submitted are:
✔️ Letter of appeal on the conclusion of the contract;
✔️ Copies of the diploma of a young specialist proving graduation from a foreign higher educational institution, a nostrification document, an employment contract, an order on employment;
✔️ Contract signed by an employer and a young specialist, in 3 original copies.
From the day of the conclusion of the contract, an employer will pay an additional bonus to the monthly official salary of a young specialist.
