Heads of organizational and personnel groups had an opportunity to develop their theoretical knowledge and practical skills
Today, a special training course has started for heads of organizational and personnel groups of Jokargy Kenes and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as districts and cities.
The program is organized in two stages, it is planned to improve the skills of 220 heads of organizational and personnel groups of regional, district and city khokimiyats.
Within the framework of the special training program implemented by the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President together with the Academy of Public Administration, trainings will be organized for attendees on personnel policy in Uzbekistan, prospects for the development of civil service in the country, urgent tasks for the effective organization of organizational and personnel groups of local khokimiyats, as well as trainings for further development of professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills of participants.
Participants who successfully complete the 4-day short-term training program will receive a special Certificate.
